Comments:
I did this at 11:40am. Out and backs are going to be a valuable training tool for this break because for the "out" part I loosen up and figure out my form and for the "back" I try to turn off the mental chatter and focus--and if I negative split, I'll call it a victory. This approach has worked well so far. Today I ran 16:00, 15:19, taking Military until it turned into Quincy and turning at 20th street. 1:15 planks, 15 leg lifts, 1-minute six inches, flutters and scissors, 3x20 supermen, 20 calf raises. I got some new Asics GT-2000s this afternoon too.
