Final Skinner Downhills x5

Weather: 50s, partly sunny

Comments:
Good day: beautiful, sunny (and fairly warm) morning, work went quick and I was out on the run by 11:45. The flight was at 3:35, so I had just enough time to get in a legitimate workout.

Ran a long warm-up along the river and back, then went after it on the downhills.

I don't have the HRM data yet (damn Movescount!), but my recollection of the splits:

4:22 (clunky first one)
4:14!
4:15
4:16
4:15

By far the fastest I've gone, and I don't think my HR was too out of control! Great workout, and of course, a sneaky way to get some EASY climbing in (14x HR on the 300'-ish ascent).

Ran a cooldown back to the office to get my watch cable, then home to pack.......
