Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was feeling a little tight/sore at the start of the run but mostly loosened up after a while. My shins were hurting a bit and I'm getting some blisters from the new shoes (strange since they're the same model I've been using forever). But, I got to run by some beautiful beaches with huge waves crashing down and lots of happy families sitting on the sand. A solid run overall. After, crunches and pushups (45sec, 30pushups)
