Back to the track. Got bloodwork this morning, so I wasn't sure how much that would change what I could do today, but I went for it anyways.
8x400 @ 2 minutes rest
2x400 @ 2 minutes rest, bounds on straightaway.
First set went well, around 1:17 average with around 113x2 strides per interval. No idea what that means though. I guess we'll learn more about it when we get back. Also tried to do the bounds, but for whatever reason, they just didn't go well at all. I couldn't get my legs to do the bounding thing right, so it just felt like I was over striding really uncomfortably. So I stopped those before I hurt myself and went on a longer cooldown.
