Comments:
Very calm and relaxed but quick run. Was thinking very deeply about what it truly means to be selfless. I figured it out! The last mile or so was slightly downhill and I saw some other runners so I got excited and ended up running at a 4:40 pace back to my house. Didn't feel like I was going super fast, but I was. Did hurdles and a nice stretch.
