Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
For a change, I did strength work before running, which was nice because each exercise felt so crisp and explosive in comparison with ones I do after running. I did 3x the squat circuit with pushups between sets (45 total). Running after was strange in that I got muscularly less tired over the course of the run and looser. Ran along the canal with a wonderful view of Diamond Head and the sunset behind. To stay focused, I played that I was chasing a runner about 300meters ahead of me and decided I'd turn around when I caught him. It was a little silly but also fun and motivating. Reminds me of central park runs... Overall, a great run.
