Ran this workout shirtless because it was still very warm out even around 5pm as the sun was headed down. 4,3,2,1 with 4:00, 3:00, 3:00 recovery between. Goals were 67-70 for the 4, 49-52 for the 3, 30-32 for the 2. The 1 was a personal addition to the workout that I'd shortened from the get-go.
