Comments:
Ran up to Crafton for the speed workout. Saw Chuck! Did dynamic stretching, as and bs. kept to about 39 second 200s for the 5k pacing which rounded out to be 2 minute 600s. took 4 minute jogs in between. the sets rounded out to be 10 minutes per each 3k. Its funny to think that my 2 mi race pace in highschool is my 5k steady pace now. Did hurdles and a long stretch after. Jogged back down to my house in the dark.
