Comments:
The long run has seemed all the rage on running-log, so I decided I would try one myself after returning from the beach. I set out at 3:30; I took Military to Lorcom to Lee to Glebe and, noticing a disturbing lack of hills, I descended Yorktown Boulevard and reascended. At 33 minutes I stopped at Washington Golf for weights then took Glebe all the way back to Old Glebe, Military and 36th. Things are starting to come together. Second half of the run was almost certainly faster.
