Hamilton Hangover today. Luckily, I wasn't, but it seemed like a bunch of people there were. Reasonably fun, but definitely not a fast day. Pretty slow actually. I'm not too worried though, I'm training for the mile, not 5 miles, so I'm ok with this. Plus, it's faster than I went freshman year, so that's nice.
