did my first real workout of the summer. Got out of work early so went to a highschool track in boulder. Did A1-A3. 2 mile=11:40, 1 mile= 5:34, 1 mile=5:15. Took 1:30 recovery. Nothing to crazy, but a good first workout. My shin is still hurting me, so I'm trying to be kind to it by staying on soft surfaces.
