Started to snow this morning and it was pretty slushy out. My groin is pretty sore from the run yesterday, usually happens when I just start up running again. I ended up going to Island Fitness because Mom wanted to check it out. Got a tour then a day pass. Hit the recumbent bike for a decent workout. My groin felt fine on the bike. Didnt have my glasses so I couldnt see much on the TV so I just zoned out. Took the resistance own a little bit near the end because my legs were getting tired. Nice alternative since running wouldnt have been very enjoyable today.
Essentials: Stretch
The best part about being at Island is I got in a great stretch. They had a nice stretching corner I could use and I went through everything especially working on my groin. Felt great. Havnt stretched out like that in a while. Legs still a little sore but my groin feels better. Might have to run through it to get it moving again.
