41st St and neighborhood hill workout

First run of the new year!
I ran with Dan to the bridge along little pimmit then did 5 hill repeats of the 41st st hill (only intended to do 4 but decided to tack on the 5th). Dan did my first and third with me and was fun company. Then ran down old glebe, right on N glebe, back through N River. I pushed the 2 hills back through my neighborhood, too.

Planks (1min), leg lifts (10each leg), and crunch progression (45sec per) after.

Note: Was strangely light-headed after my run despite hydrating all day. Something to be aware of.
