Comments:
The roads were so terrible while I was driving and I was scared to run and slide everywhere so I started on the treadmill. But then that started to hurt my leg plus I was going insane so I finished the run outside. It ended up pretty ok to run in the snow/sleet, almost like soft surface. Everything felt good. Pace was between 7:35 and 7:40
