Ran with Anthony and most of the distance runners for the first half then with Anthony, Tristan and Zeke for the rest, not insignificantly picking up the pace. We took Wisconsin down to scope out the Duke Ellington track in anticipation of the Avocado Invitational. 45-second planks, 20 leg lifts, 15 clams, 30 supermen.
