Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a new computer today, so I spent most of the day formatting it, transferring files, and trying to develop an infrastructure. It was kinda stressful. I hate PC and I have never really used one before, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Its nice to go out of my comfort zone and try something else though and manage it. I was loosing steam around 2ish, so I just left my stuff and went home to run. It was awesome. Got to run in the sun light and it wasnt all that cold out. Everything has frozen over and conditions were good. Started out super fast since I was stressed. That came back to bite me cause I slowed down a lot near the end... Anyways went up Whitney first, then came through the schools and around Amherst College. Kids were leaving school which was kinda cool. As I said before felt great starting out, then started to feel really tired and slowed down in the slush.
Essentials: Stretch
Real quick stretch at home. Stretch felt good though legs and running soul needed that. After stretching I turned around pretty quickly and went back into finish the computer stuff. The tough part is maintaining two environments at the same time. Just keep track of where my files are and whats updated. The dumb think I did was set my inbox to POP instead of IMAP for the the past year and a half, so transferring all of those files to a central inbox is a pain, but its possible.
