Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Busy day again at work, but I had a long lunch, so I biked home, packed a bit...and looked all over for my damn HRM strap! Couldn't find it, so I drove to Amazon+Fox Hollow for a short hill session.
Very foggy out, but otherwise calm and not too cold. Felt pretty good, but the back was a little "off". Also, my glutes were ROCKED after the treadmill miles. Yeesh!
But...the energy felt good AND more relaxed on the single repeat upward. Wish I'd had my HRM, because I split a 9:51, which is ROCK-SOLID. Very happy. Sat there, just at the level between fog and sun, then had a gentle descent. Last mile felt really good at 7-flat place.
Wore a brand-new pair of M2's, but they were a little stiff. Don't have ANY new N2's, so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do...
PM: got home, packed up, then Callie Alice came over and made OOJ Burgers while I finished packing. Had some good chats, then went to bed pretty early.
