Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Busy morning at work, but then had a long lunch for only a few miles. Ran easy outside two miles (ran into lc), then some strides, then back indoors.
Did the usual 2x mile at 12mph. The stride felt OK enough, but I was surprised at how high the HR went. Hmmm... Could be the decreased sleep quality, I dunno.
PM: hung out, ran some errands, and chilled, solo. No Callie Alice sleepover tonight. Gotta sleep!!
