Comments:
I headed to wrestling practice today and helped out with technique, which was lovely. It was awesome to see the team and gavri as well as wrestle around with Danny a little bit. I mostly just drilled moves for an hour and a half, which wasn't too strenuous. After, ran on the treadmill for half an hour then did crunch progression (45sec), pushups (30) and planks (1min per).
