How awesome it was to see the team! Everyone seemed happy and motivated, despite this week being finals week. I joined the team doing a few tours around the school for warm up then joined everyone for some strength work (crunches, pushups, planks, and superpeople).

I wasn't sure I wanted to do the workout but I'm so glad Katherine convinced me. It was nice getting on my toes a bit for the 8 pickups we did in Bethesda Row tunnel (30sec recovery). After, enjoyed a nice long stretch while chatting with the team.
