Comments:
Finally a track practice! Crunches, 57 pushups, and 60 supermen. We jogged to Bethesda and ran 9x~250m sprints with 30-second recoveries in the tunnel on the CCT, then tempoed back. I felt okay and it was certainly a quality day, but later got a little frustrated at the ease with which my more naturally running-inclined companions were moving the whole time.
