18 miles.... long miles...

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
11 degrees...maybe... wind blowing at certain points.
ran 2 miles (wanted to go more before the Frostbite series began, but had to poooop!) Frostbite 20K started at 8:30...it started late... I jogged around behind everyone before they started the race. Then ran 3.5 more after the race. Hands would go from freezing cold to warm....depending on where the sun was and if the wind was blowing. started a no sugar added in any food i eat diet... also limited fruit this past week. ate the entire bag of honey stingers during the 20k. = 12.4 miles.
