Comments:
Still feeling a little sick today. I went to bed early even though people were still up hanging out I just ran out of energy. Slept ok but have head congestion and a headache. Running helped move things around and clear me up. Feeling less achy so I had a better rhythm, but my chest and throat where still uncomfortable. Loop was just around campus on the road and then up Rt 9 side. Felt pretty consistent and I focused on staying strong. It was pretty darn cold out overall though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Felt much better when I got back. Nice and easy stretch and some rolling while warming up. Mileage was ok this week, big jump from the holidays. Pretty soon the gym will be back into normal hours and I can focus on lifting a little more, and that will help with the mileage.
