Comments:
Glebe-->Rock Spring-->Yorktown-->26th-->Military-->36th. I felt pretty strong and got into a nice rhythm despite the hills. I halfheartedly started a "cooldown" just to make it 50, but have decided against logging it. Still quality training today all things considered. 1:30 planks, leg lifts, 25 pushups, 30 supermen.
