Exercise Type: Run

Weather: ~15 degrees, Cold

Comments:
First track workout of the season.
4x200m @race pace (~37, with 100m active recovery)
3x10 minute @ tempo, 1:30 rest.
So this was really weird. 200s went well, felt like there was more in the tank, but were strong. Tempo was off though. We all started out going down northpark, and everything was going fine. I didn't have a watch, but I was going to watch people who did, and start the rest when they did. After a certain point, beyond my estimates for where 10 minutes was, I realized that the front group didn't stop, so I pulled back and regrouped with James and Ryan. From there, we kind of did the workout, but I'm not really sure it was fully tempo paced, or just brisk. It felt kind of right, but I've got no idea. Got it done though. Also lifted for the first time in forever. Didn't go too bad actually.
