Comments:
Due to the negative temperatures, I ran on the indoor track today. When I first started I had a few lingering stomach cramps from all my issues yesterday but they seemed to clear up as I went. I ended up negative splitting tremendously and the last few laps were approaching the 6:00 pace mark. I wasn't galvanized by anything in particular, more just wanted to hurry up and get back to work.
