Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Took off my outside clothes then headed up stairs.

Three Sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)

Three Sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (15 lbs)

Three Sets of:
Box Step up x10 (25 lbs)

Three Sets of:
Pullups (to the max)

Pull ups were legit! Its been a while since I have done those and they felt strong. Everything else was good too didnt push it too much since it has been like a month since I have lifted. Pretty soon gym will be open on the weekends too yeah!
