Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First long run this semester with the team at the usual trail!

Goal was to run for 60 minutes, with 20 minutes in between at tempo pace
Overall pace for run was 7:08 per mile, probably averaged 6:30 pace for the middle 20 minutes. Again, not my best run but hey I put in the work and it feels good to say I did that. Onward and upward!
