Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First day back to running after two days. Goal is to stay healthy and train consistently for the rest of the semester. By the end of outdoor I will be posting up some FAST times.

Ran pretty slow, not going to lie. I had a burger and fries two hours beforehand and was obviously still sick so I'm not going to let this get to my head. Onward and upward. The work has been put in, and that consistency will make me better regardless of whether it was my best workout or not.
