Comments:
Twas a beautiful, sunny day! After working on summer plans and getting myself into a bit of a funk from that, I appreciated the chance to get outside and enjoy the outdoor. Still feel kind've weak, though, from being sick. Or maybe from lack of consistent training. I'm looking forward to some runs in NYC next week among the huge running community there, though! Also, crunches n pushups. the regular.
