AC Trails

Woke up early to run. I usually dont like rolling out of bed and running, but I am busy this afternoon, and it was really pretty out this morning. Ran up to Amhert College, along the back road and into the trails. The trails have really nicely packed snow and its pretty easy to run on. Ran along Fort Hill and over to the field. Someone propped up an Adirondack chair overlooking Fort Hill. Its pretty legit, nice view. Did a loop around the field, then came back on the Rail Trial and Groff Park. Felt good today, sore from lifting, but I am really refreshed after getting out there. Felt smooth and comfortable the whole time. It was bitterly cold out today though. Nostrils froze and I had short one shirt. Luckily the trees blocked most of the wind.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Quick stretch and L7 while warming up inside. Legs feeling better but muscles kinda sore from lifting. Ouch and my tongue feels a little better but the sore is still there. WTF... Ankle felt awesome in the slightly uneven terrain.
