Weather: Cold, sunny, not too windy
Comments:
Decided to run in between the two rehearsal sessions since I was gonna be there all day anyway. I went out to the track and ran on it, the snow wasn't too bad, ranged from about .25 on the straights to 3 inches on the bends. So I warmed-up, and then stretched a tiny bit, then did a 2 mile fartlek, sprinting the straights, jogging the bends. It was nice to get back on the track, even with the snow, and it was nice to do a workout I can't really do on the treadmill. If only it wasn't 10 degrees
