Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Came back earlish. No one was around because of MLK Day, but I was really productive in the morning. It was nice to fit in a crisp run. Felt great today. Sidewalk up to the Rail Trail is solid ice, had to slide most of the way. It is not runnable at all. Most of the rest of the way was pretty clear though. Got into a good pace, started to feel fatigued once I got onto Triangle, but all of that is downhill so I just rolled with it. It was cold at points, but its pretty warm out. Feel like spring time. I got that smell of melting snow and my mind instantly flashed to running on NP in March, getting ready for outdoor season, and spring break, and steeple. That made me happy :) It was busy around town, with classes starting tomorrow. Everyone coming back and its crazy. In such a small town you can definitely tell when all the undergrads come back.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Good stretch legs feeling worked. I felt weak on the later part of the run, probably from having inconsistent mileage the past week or so. L7 helped... I am so inflexible now holy crap.
