Comments:
A tried and true workout for the crew. Got up and headed down to Veale in time to be ready by 10am. Definitely feeling the lack of mileage at this point. Gotta get that back up toward the 40ish range to be anywhere near where I need to be in the 800m come spring. Anyway, flt the lactic acid coming in on like the 3rd rep, took a break after 4th one and then did another 3. I was feeling pretty gassed though :/ Then a long, slow cooldown back to campus with Harrison.

light abs and a stretch
Hips: 30x everything

Good to keep those knees stable during the lifts to come.
