Weather: Indoors/ ~30 degrees, Cold

Comments:
Workout day. Similar to last week, but not exactly. Still getting back from the cold, so I'm probably still a bit less than 100%.
2x (300m on, 100m rest, 200m on, 100m rest). Went well again, I think I hit around 36s pace, so that's a little quicker, and didn't feel too much worse. Followed up with 3x10 minute tempo. We actually did it properly this week, so that was cool. Didn't go badly, but it was pretty cold out. Assumed 1.5 per, if it's not exact, whatever. No idea what the paces actually were. Actually got all of the strength done though, so that's a little less I have to do tomorrow.
