Comments:
Hit the bike. Eminem, NWA, and Limp Bizkit to finish out. Good workout. 5 minutes at lvl 5, 5 at lvl 8, 17 at lvl 10, 3 at lvl 12 to push the heart rate up. It worked, haven't seen my heart rate that high since freshman year.
