Comments:
I ran the no exit loop with most of the distance men and Coach. Pace was relaxed again, but as usual I was glad to be out. Ezekiel and I did two laps around the block when we got back. Crunch progression with 30-second intervals, 3x20 pushups; before practice I did 1-minute six-inches, flutters and scissors, 3x25 pushups, 100 crunches and the squat-pushup progression to 6. I was inspired by Tristan intensely lifting weights and have determined that I need to do more of that--or at least higher quality exercises (e.g., squatting with more weight, etc.).
