Weather: Indoors/ ~30 degrees, Cold
Comments:
The workout group didn't really want to wait until really late to start running, and I agreed, so we went off earlier. Warmed up to the track, realized it was completely snow covered, and did the 4 x 200s on the pavement next to the track. Not a big fan of that, it seemed to hurt the ankles, but it was probably better than going on the snow. Ran back to Veale, and did the tempo on the treadmill. Went really well, shockingly enough. I'm not really good at converting mph to mile pace, so I kind of guessed at what it was supposed to be, and ended up with the pace below. Got mid 160s for the heartrate, so I suppose that was about right. Still shaking off my cold, so no complaints with pacing/effort/heartrate. Held off the lift for tomorrow, hopefully I'll remember to get back to it.
