Morning hills. Woke up, went to Veale.
8x200m hills in the cemetery, 1:1 rest. Solid run, felt the right amount of sore/tired afterwards. Considering that I wasn't able to get hills in last week, I didn't aim to do more than I did today. Keeping it controlled, yo.
