Comments:
Its been a while since my last Sunday run-lift-run. Felt nice to get back to it. Ran after lunch out to campus. Went up Lincoln. Felt like going the short way since I had to stop into Conte to take a sample off the spinner, and my hip was kinda sore. I think its from when I slipped and fell on my ass yesterday. Felt fine while running though. Nice and sunny out today and the sidewalks were pretty good. On the way out I felt pretty solid, nice pace winding around campus. Felt the after effects of the lift and came back at a slower easier pace. I was pretty sore and tired. Came back through town. Last mile was pretty slow since I rolled my left ankle right infront of Bruggers. It hurt a lot. Been a while since I rolled it and it had been feeling awesome. Kinda painful running on it back but I made it. Back to ice and vitamin I now on it.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, ankle band

No one was home when I got back. I just watched basketball for a while while doing my stretches. Hip feels ok actually its only sore to the touch, like a bruise. Elbow feels the same way. Ankle felt better after icing, but its still pretty tender.
