Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
got out of bed at 4:45am...WHAT?? yes. then lolligagged around..> i really need to focus on the TP rolling because I start then get up to use the bathroom or drink, then come roll the same muscles again... couldn't poop until I was already supposed to be out the door at 5:30. Food. I ate the walnut/almond bars, but not until after the 6th mile. Drink. all 40 oz plus a bottle of water. made sure to keep downing it. TEMP 28 degrees. CLOTHING: one pair of capris and long black pants over it. Sleeveless top with the black and hot pink thick half zip jacket. WWP stocking hat. switched from Mercy white gloves to my black thick gloves after 6 miles.
Fell...tripped over the ruts from the bikes in the katy trail. skinned up right hand, left elbow and left side of leg... sat and waited to get up... Mary Schutz was with me. she poured some of her water over my hand. continued running. Also kept "turning" my left ankle in the ruts.
I would be very happy with a 4:34 Army Marathon on march 1st.
