Comments:
I ran with Zeke, Sahil and Silas to Ellington to watch the Avocado Invitation for a bit. Zeke turned early, Silas went back the way we came which left just Sahil and me to take Tunlaw to New Mexico to Nebraska to 42nd. The pace was relaxed but honest, and I have been feeling pretty sore since Saturday, especially in my calves.
