Workout day again. Same idea as the last few. Slight variation though, 5x300m, with 100m recovery. Felt okayish, nothing special, but I think they were reasonably consistent. Went for the 3x10min on the treadmill, since it was cold/nasty outside. Not a terrible idea, but the tempo felt rough. I just felt really drained or tired for that whole portion. Maybe the no sleep I got Saturday night finally caught up with me. Oh well. Lifted afterwards.
