Tufts loop with HCRC

Comments:
It was a beautifully snowy day to run with the running club. The ground was covered with only a couple inches of snow so it wasn't too slippery. We set out to tufts in loose groups (lots of people showed up today!) at what I'd guess was 815mm pace or so. After we got to tufts, the groups spread out quite a bit and I found myself with the boys group plus a few girls. The pace quickened as we ran and I decided I'd stick with them and make today an impromptu tempo. The last 2 miles back to school felt like a solid tempo effort though I didn't feel I was pushing extremely hard. I enjoyed getting to push the pace today. Crunch progression (45s) and pushups (30) when I got back.
