I wasn't really feeling this run especially since my alarm woke me up from a good dream

14*200m hill repeats, workout went pretty well, a young red-headed cyclist whom I had seen started doing hill intervals, he even followed on my heels for one interval before biking off, two dragonflies were mating noisily about half way up the hill for the first half of the workout
