6:15 AM workout. Really rough. My stomach was completely empty, so it just felt awful, and everything was slow. Like 3:48 for the 1200. I'm gonna say it was having such an early practice, and not being used to it. Hopefully saturday will be better. Also had 3 quick 300s at the end.
