Weather: pretty nice - close to 60!

Comments:
Slow day again - only 5 patients. Did some moderately useful things, including a metabolic test.

I hadn't done one since 5/2014. Frankly, I was worried it would suck. My HR was high from some caffeine, but the test went pretty well. I actually had a good 5% improvement in fat burn across the board (sounds small, but that's 30->35%, so more like an overall 15% gain). That's a relief. Good to know that A.) I've gotten even fitter than last summer (before my pre-Waldo push), and B.) that I'm not "burned out"...

After that 1-2 miles of warm-up + test, I went and ran outside.

Ankles were moderately better today, but still quite sore. It's an active process of trying to keep the damn things "floppy" and loose! Crazy these habits I get into.

Post-work: hustled over to yoga again. Good class, with good hip work and stretching! My back is FINALLY starting to move.

Yoga and post-yoga beer (fo free!) at T&G with Callie Alice, then back to my place for dinner and chill-out. Nice little routine... B-)
