Break-the-mold PRE

Comments:
Good day at work, and a busy morning: did a TON of manual therapy, practicing my new techniques.

For the run: Decided that I need to break out of some of my ruts, including routes. So rather than do the SAME (boring, repetitive) PRE route, I went into Alton Baker and found some more "secret" trails, and ran on those, then ran backwards on my classic "West PRE" route, then back to work.

PM: yoga again, with Callie Alice. Felt WAY more mobile, after this weekend's course.
