6:23 second mile
6:33 up honeygo for mile 12-ish
Felt good the whole way like normal again unlike all this week. Going easy cruising and moving pretty well, the end I was working a little/feeling tired but was absolutely fine, just exhausted from longest run in a LONG time and never have gone that far on a hard course.
