All the treadmills were full when I got there so I biked pretty hard for 20 minutes first. Then I didn't want to do intervals tired so I did a fartlek, going 8:00-7:47 for a lap, then 6:00-5:53 for a lap except the last one which was at 5:27. Later on I went back and did arms.
